Anyone riding rides, playing games, or going on inflatables needs a wristband.  Parents chaperoning toddlers do not need a wristband.  Wristband includes rides, games, inflatables, and candy art.  Food & Beverages will be sold at this event for cash.

Volunteers –  Use sign up genius to gather volunteers for the day of event.  On the day of the event stand at the entrance and tell the volunteers where to go and what to do!

Prize Table – using our PTG budget, order prizes and make sure volunteers at the prize table are present and know what to do!

Games – Walk the game section making sure each game has a volunteer at all times.  Contact the volunteer coordinator to grab an extra volunteer if need be.  Refill token buckets at each game!

Snack Table – Sell the baked goods!

Set Up- Manage Volunteers for set up by reading off of the list of things to be done and directing the volunteers to do the things!

Clean Up-Manage Volunteers for clean up by reading off of the list of things to be done and directing the volunteers to do the things!

Registration0n- Day of event sit at the entrance, check people off of the prepaid list and sell tickets at the door!
